Since 2004, Fritz’s Wieners has been serving multi-award-winning German sausages at some of Australasia’s biggest events. Our sausages are made from 100% Australian free range pork, are gluten free and are cooked over an open flame right in front of your guests.

How do I book a food truck in Sydney?
Fill in our food truck booking form with your event date, location, guest numbers and the type of event, and choose the North, Central or South Sydney region. We’ll check availability and send you a quote.
How much does food truck hire cost in Sydney?
Every event is quoted on guest numbers, location and timing. The minimum spend is $1,200 Monday to Friday and $2,000 on Saturday and Sunday. Send us your details through the booking form for an exact quote.
What events do you cater for?
We cater corporate events, staff and trade lunches, birthday and private parties, school and sporting events, markets and festivals across Sydney.
Can you cater for large events?
Yes. Our custom-built food trailers are made for high output with a small footprint, so we serve big crowds fast. For larger events we can send more than one truck.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Our German sausages are gluten free and made from 100% Australian free range pork. Let us know about any dietary requirements when you book and we’ll work with you.
