WHY FRITZ’S?
WHAT DOES IT COST TO OPEN A FRITZ’S FOOD TRUCK?
The cost ranges from $45,000 to $70,000 + GST. The price depends on your trailer size, design, and any additional features. This includes everything you need to get started and sell your first 1,000 sausages, a comprehensive training program, and opening marketing support. Additionally, you will need to budget for working capital and support yourself financially during the early start up stages as you grow.
We understand that each licensee’s needs are different. We also offer a smaller entry level model (Market Style marquee) with lower setup fees and a Bricks and Mortar model with higher setup costs (POA). If you’re considering rebranding and refitting an existing trailer, average costs range from $10,000 to $15,000, depending on the existing condition.

DO I NEED TO WORK IN THE BUSINESS?
In our experience, the most profitable and well-run food trucks are operated in-house by the owner-operator who manages the team. We expect our license partners to work hands-on in their businesses. Non-working owners may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
WILL I NEED TO EMPLOY STAFF?
Yes, seize this opportunity to build your dream team. While many start on their own, as your business grows, you will need additional help. This could be family members or the ultimate hospitality whiz. We can assist with advice on how to advertise for and hire new staff, either before you open or as needed.
