Since 2004, we’ve been dishing up our multi-award-winning German sausages with pride. It all started with a brilliant idea from a sales exec and a renowned butcher who came together spotting an opportunity in the market. Launching from our very first food trailer (a big deal back then!) to now, where we’re trusted to serve up deliciousness at some of Australasia’s biggest and most exciting events!

Our German sausages are made using only the finest quality, free range, Australian pork. They are also gluten free! We the cook them over an open flame right in front of you and serve them in a freshly baked bun with lashings of sauerkraut and onions, topped with an array of condiments.
